Elastomer Kit – Sim Pedals Sprint
DKK190Add to cartThe feel of your brake pedal is critical for your simulator experience. Continuous development has resulted in these new thermoset brake elastomers, which were first introduced on our Sim Pedals Ultimate+. You now have the option to replace your early spec Sim Pedals Sprint brake rubbers with these new thermoset elastomers.
Check before buying:
Please note that these new elastomers may already be installed on your Sim Pedals Sprint. This is likely the case if you bought your Sim Pedals Sprint from December 2021 onwards.
If your rubbers/elastomers have markings on the top indicating length and resistance (‘soft’ or ‘hard’), you already have the new specification installed. If there are no markings, you have the earlier spec.

Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate
DKK954Add to cartWith the brake of the Sim Pedals Sprint being able to cope with up to 65kg of force, standard pedal mounting plates of rigs often show excessive flex under these loads. This baseplate helps to create a solid platform to mount the pedals on your rig.
The baseplate assembly consists of multiple elements: A pedal plate on which you mount the pedals, a height adjustable heel plate as well as two brackets which are used to secure the baseplate to an underlying frame.
Mounting hardware is supplied to mount the pedals to the baseplate, as well as hardware to mount the baseplate to a 6mm thick underlying plate.
NOTE: Baseplate is needed to fit Sim Pedals Sprint to SimPlexity cockpits!

Sim Pedals Ultimate Upgrade Kit

Aesthetical and minor technical differences will be present compared to the Sim Pedals Ultimate+ after upgrading. Please see the table below for an overview of included parts and upgrades.

The options may be chosen on the product pageWith the Sim Pedals Ultimate+ being able to cope with the forces as experienced in real life racing cars, a sturdy mount to your simulator rig is an absolute must. If you do not want mount the pedals directly to your rig but want to put them on a baseplate first, we offer an optional rigid mounting solution. These baseplates are designed to show absolutely zero flex under load, while maintaining flexibility when it comes to positioning individual pedals.
NOTE: This baseplate is needed for mounting Ultimate+ pedals to your SimPlexity cockpit!

The options may be chosen on the product pageThe Sim Pedals Sprint are a strong, compact and highly adjustable design with the main parts made out of CNC precision laser cut steel, intended for your home-use simulator. Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations.
All metal profiles either have a RAL7016 Anthracite Grey fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look.
NOTE: You need a Sim Pedal Sprint baseplate to mount these pedals to your SimPlexity cockpit!

The options may be chosen on the product pageDesigned with CAD and FEA, all structural parts are CNC precision laser cut stainless steel with a glass bead blasted finish. The pedals are strong, stiff, compact and durable. Mathematical models were made to calculate pedal travel and operation force, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal feels in every possible configuration.
Design tolerances have been optimized in order to have a minimal amount of play on every assembly. All key pivot points have slide bearings and have gone through automated durability testing to guarantee their functionality after a million duty cycles.
NOTE: You need a Ultimate+ baseplate to mount these pedals to your SimPlexity cockpit!
